My name is Dr. Sarah Forbes (she/her/hers) and I am the Student Academic Success Director as well as the Rose Prime Director and an RHIT100 instructor. In these roles, I help students discover college-level strategies for academic success. I grew up in central Illinois, earned a BA in Psychology, an MA in Experimental Psychology, and a PhD in Curriculum & Instruction. I love binge watching Friends and The Big Bang Theory, building Lego sets, kayaking, and eating at Chick-fil-A. I'm looking forward to meeting you and walking alongside you in your transition to college!

My name is Dr. Leanne Holder (she/her/hers) and I am a professor of mathematics at Rose-Hulman. Along with my 25+ years of experience teaching Calculus, I taught logic & set theory at a Waldorf school, led cyrptography lessons for elementary students, and helped create tutorial videos for Girls' Adventures in Mathematics.  I serve as both a local and state MATHCOUNTS coordinator for the state of Indiana.  In my spare time, I enjoy playing pickleball, reading sci-fi novels, completing jigsaw puzzles, paddleboarding with my dog, and finding creative ways to annoy my two children who are starting their second and fourth years of college.

I really enjoy reading whenever I'm not doing homework, as well as doing intramurals with my friends from freshman year. I'm super excited for Rose Prime this year and can't wait to help incoming students succeed in their math classes at Rose!

Chris Gabriel

Chris Gabriel

Hello! I'm Chris Gabriel, a rising sophomore Civil Engineering student here at Rose. On campus, I am part of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where I serve as a co-chair for our ramp build events and a member of concrete canoe club. When I'm not dealing with my ASCE and other rose responsibilities, you can find me playing sports like soccer, volleyball, or whatever intramurals are going on for the season. You can also find me watching shows like one piece or other anime. I can't wait to start Rose Prime this summer. I hope to help students learn how to recognize the process and theory of math (Easiest way to get an A in my opinion🤓).

Cam Judson
