This form is used if your family incurs a loss of income or benefits or incurs unusual medical expenses that will affect your ability to pay for college tuition.
2026-2027 Verification Worksheet - Dependent Student
If you are selected for review in the verification process and are considered as a dependent student, you will need to fill out this form so that Rose-Hulman can compare information from the FAFSA with your federal taxes.

2026-2027 Consortium Agreement
A financial aid consortium agreement allows a student to take classes at two colleges during the same term while receiving financial aid through their “home” institution. The home school counts approved credits taken at the “host” school toward enrollment status, helping the student maintain eligibility for federal aid and loans, as long as the courses apply toward their degree program. A pre-transfer credit approval is required in addition to this form.
